28 year old 'Team Evo' member Nelly Vaoesea has got big plans for 2012.  He aims to develop a new and improved physique and come in leaner and better than he's ever done before.

Currently weighing 121 kg, he is planning on coming in at 110 kg for the NABBA WFF Pan Pacifics in August.

Judging by his intense training regime with Lesley Rothera, we have no doubt he'll achieve his goal.

1. Seated dumbell lateral raises

heaviest set: 17.5kg x 8 reps

Last set being a drop set from 120kg!

6. Superset: Seated tricep extension (heaviest 70kg x 8 reps)
     + Standing cable curls
