Mark Stewart made a memorable comeback to the stage after 16 years absence from competitive bodybuilding by delivering superb condition and cuts to take out the Overall Title at NABBA Auckland Champs. |
| 56 year old Mark
wanted to prove that age is no barrier to looking good and he
certainly proved that at the show weighing in at a lean mean
84.6kg. Watch the video to see his muscles in action and find out how he got those legs so ripped! |

Hard to believe but Matt Clark was our first ever featured
Hunk 9 years ago and after all this time, as you can see he's still
hunky! Matt has competed a few times over the years and you'd think he'd be over the nerves by now. But no! |

Infact he's more
nervous than ever as he's competing at the first ever New NZIFBB
Men's physique class at the upcoming
NZIFBB South Island
Champs in Christchurch on 12 May.
He's probably in the best ever condition we've seen him as he's
still retaining his muscle mass while getting very vascular,
especially in his legs. In this update we give you a glimpse of Matt's training in video action and ask him why the switch to the New class in our Q&A. |

For the past few years, hunky
bodybuilder Mateo Vaihu has
competed in at least 5 shows a year. But perhaps this year could be his most challenging year yet as he's taking a year off from the stage. He's concentrating on giving his body a rest and feeding his growing body. And he's doing that very well as he's currently weighing a lean 98kg. |
| While we may not see
his body on stage, he is still giving back to bodybuilding through
helping fellow novices pose. Mateo's been helping out Tarren
McCall's clients and we popped in to visit Mateo and Tarren on one
of their posing sessions. Watch the video interview and more pics of Mateo below: |
