You're never too old to get into shape and our Super Gran Moe
Tonga is proof! Moe started on the Superbody programme on 12
Nov 10.
She started with overall conditioning exercises 3 days a week plus
cardio 6 days a week to get her fitness levels up. I haven't
taken it easy with Moe, and she wouldn't want it easy either, and
I've given her plyometric exercises that alot younger people would
find challenging.
In 8 weeks Moe's lost 8.4kg which is great steady weight
loss. Her body has changed and has dropped 10cm off the
waist, 8cm off hips and 7cm off her thigh.
She's just into her third programme where the focus will be on
strength which means increasing her weights and decreasing her sets
while maintaining her cardio regime. Watch this space for how
much more super Supergran will be!
Tag Team Zumba 8 Week Challenge, round

30 Nov update: 8
weeks has zoomed by and we have a winner in the TagTeam Zumba 8
week challenge! Tash Lord won
the challenge lossing an incredible 10.8kg and 7.78% in the
process. Tash credits her loss to changing her eating habits and
upping her cardio. Well done on your focus Tash! In
second place is another Tash (Forest) who's shaped has dramatically
changed during the 8 weeks. Just pipping Ruth into 3rd place is
Alana who's continued her loss in this second round of the
challenge. Ruth has also done a great job maintaining her fat
loss over the past 16 weeks. Ami's made a good start to her
life changing plan and we encourage her to keep going!
7 Oct update: Zumba
Prizegiving!
Hooray we finally had the prizegiving for the Zumba 8 week
challenge winners at Masala restaurant at Titirangi last
night. The girls were almost unrecognisable looking all slim
and pretty in their clothes.
