Lisa, thank you so much for your assistance over the past few months. 
As you know, I have been competing in bodybuilding competitions since 2000, and have had moderate success, winning several regional competitions. 

However, even though I was still enjoying the sport, I felt that this year I was becoming a bit stale, & that I needed a boost.   I really felt that I wanted to take the pressure off myself of always having to do all the thinking, and therefore I needed to enlist the help of someone that I could trust to guide me to the next level.

I have seen the progress of your wonderful supergirls, and having talked to my good friend Janine, I was confident that you could work your magic on me as well!  I was ready to listen!

By following your training and eating guidelines I have made good progress in only a few months, meaning that I presented at Nationals and North Harbour in my best ever condition. 
Thank you so much for your guidance so far.  I am looking forward to competing again in 2008, and with your assistance I know it will be a good year!

Katie Anderson

Katie Anderson is our Southern Supergirl from Invercargill. Katie's a teacher and she joined the Superbody programme in May 07. Katie weigned in around 65kg at 166cm but luckily her weight was even proportioned throughout her body so all I had to do was get her to eat more protein and increase her weight training frequency to tone her body. Ofcourse with lots of hardwork from Katie, she's starting to see some changes and I know she'll be on course to compete next year so watch out South Island!. Here's Katie with her thoughts:

" I'm weighing aroung 59-60kgs now which is a 6-7kg loss. I was a yo-yo diet queen, loosing weight, putting it on, loosing it etc for the past 7 years. But finally I've found a plan that works! The food plan and exercise programme Lisa has given me has been fantastic. I've been training with Lisa for 8 weeks now and I'm really enjoying the challenges and the variety. I feel like I have more energy, less tired in the afternoons.

Before I joined up i was eating less and excercising more and wondering why i still couldn't get the body I wanted.Now I feel like I know how to eat and what to do instead of going from one fad to the next. I've never had such good weight loss, although I'm not hung up about it, it's a body that I'm working towards not a number. I'm finding my size 10 clothes are loose- I might be an 8 which is a new thing for me!"

"After many years of training at the gym and having many different training programs, I wanted to see if I could push myself even further and start training for a Figure competition. I live in Australia and had heard from a friend (figure competitor) that Go Figure provide training and eating plans online.

I emailed Lisa and after completing my profile was sent a personalised training and eating plan. Lisa is super quick in responding to any questions I have and by providing a new training plan every month, she's able to keep my motivation levels up with encouragment every step of the way. I can''t wait for my first competition in April 08"

Dear Lisa,
Thank you for all the help that you have given me in reaching my goals of competing in (and winning) my Figure Class at the NABBA Waikato Champs held July 28, 2007. The guidelines that you gave me were extremely simple to use and as we are well aware, gave me some tremendous results. Getting up at 5.30 in the morning to do my cardio at first seemed like a difficult challenge, but I soon found that I looked forward to it, and actually missed it once I had to slow down! (I still miss them!).

The work-outs were challenging (you know me, I make them harder!), and I loved seeing my body transform. Being a PT myself, I often re-write my work out’s when I put difficult exercises in them, but being accountable to another trainer made me work harder, and I took it as a personal challenge to do ‘one more rep’ or ‘add more weight’ with each session.
