Cathryn's Little Aim
Meet one of my Supergirls Cathryn Little and yes her goal is wanting to be a little bit littler. She admits she's let herself go past couple of years but its now to get some control and get back to a manageable weight.  Ideally she'd love to be 10kg less than what she is now but she realises its going to take some time - well actually I tell her its going to take some time!  and its not going to happen in a month.

However in just over 5 weeks she's been on my training and eating plan she has manage to drop 2kgs and 3.55% bodyfat.  I don't want her to focus on the weight so much but the bodyfat so she's going great in that area.

Cathryn works in the corporate world and works long hours. She thought she was eating right. Yes she was - sort of - but she just wasn't eating enough protein during the day and ended up snacking on crackers and dip at night when she got home, then having a carb meal later in the evening.  Sound familiar?

Now she's eating little bit more, probably not as much as I've written (eh Catheryn!) but her regime is much better than before.  I'm still trying to convince her to get the Balance Protein powder to have in between meals but she's still procrastinating on that.

She might not be supr dooper with her eating but she's certainly focused with the training. I've given her a 4 day split. On Mon and Thurs is Legs, Shoulders, Biceps.  Tues and Fri is Back, chest and triceps.  The Mon and Tues workouts are more plyometric oriented and involve supersets for upper body to keep her heartrate up.  The Thurs and Fri workouts are more for strength as we still want Cathryn to work hard and build muscle, which will inturn help to burn fat at rest.

So far so good, although she does tell me she's sneaking in a little bit too many ham and cheese sandwiches in the weekend.  Hey, if that's as bad as it gets then that's A OK, at least its not a whole loaf and a bag of chips!

I'll keep you posted on her progress. Go Cathryn!
