Wow
– loving the Go Figure site make over! Change is good
and the New Year is a great time for making positive adjustments
& setting or refocusing on your goals, not just with fitness
but your all round health and life in general.
I had a really good break over the
holiday season, enjoyed some time away and off work, Facebook and
without my cell phone which was refreshing. I came back feeling
energised and positive about the year ahead. I am an extremely goal
orientated person, and need to be or I would struggle to keep
myself motivated.
