alt  You have all had some time to practice your meditation from the first article last month.  I hope you had a positive result from your meditation and feel it's time to move on and try some more techniques.

This is my favourite relaxation technique and find it really helps calm the mind and centre your whole body.  
This technique will relax you but energize all the cells in your body as well so you should feel a shift in energy and some different sensations whilst doing this relaxation technique.

It's a new year and a good time to reflect on the time off or change of routine that you may have just experienced. I'm sure you all know the feeling you get after a break from work but how long does that feeling of relaxation last once you commence everyday tasks when back in your normal routine.

There are many ways you can bring calm and relaxation into your life and it doesn't need to cost money or too much time.
