Katie Anderson is our Southern Supergirl from Invercargill. Katie's a teacher and she joined the Superbody programme in May 07. Katie weigned in around 65kg at 166cm but luckily her weight was even proportioned throughout her body so all I had to do was get her to eat more protein and increase her weight training frequency to tone her body. Ofcourse with lots of hardwork from Katie, she's starting to see some changes and I know she'll be on course to compete next year so watch out South Island!. Here's Katie with her thoughts: " I'm weighing aroung 59-60kgs now which is a 6-7kg loss. I was a yo-yo diet queen, loosing weight, putting it on, loosing it etc for the past 7 years. But finally I've found a plan that works! The food plan and exercise programme Lisa has given me has been fantastic. I've been training with Lisa for 8 weeks now and I'm really enjoying the challenges and the variety. I feel like I have more energy, less tired in the afternoons. |
