If you had ever done one of Nats' Group Fitness Class you'll know that she brings plenty of energy to the class.  But we wonder what would happen if we super charged her with a little bit of pre workout to see if it made any difference to her performance and energy levels.

So our test unit was given a dose of BSN No Xplode 2.0 and then she had a BSN Amino X chaser after her RPM class today.
