Hunk of the Moment

2008
Hunks are not born. They're made. As you can see by the transformation pics, Go Figure's Hunk of the Year Alma Clayton has come along way from a bulky 150kg Grid Iron player to a sleek adonis winning the NZIFBB Overall at the South Island Champs in 2013.

Over the past 3-4 years Alma has chipped away at his 'padding' which he needed for his time playing the Texas Copperheads to drop 50kg to reveal some nice muscle and a great set of legs and calves.

In this video interview we chat with Alma and ask him how he's maintaining his off season condition and working with his new online trainer and former IFBB Pro Gary Strydom.

Check out Alma as he trains chest below!  Thanks to Les Mills City for letting us film there too!

I might be wearing the Disneyland T shirt but its Sunny Kim who's going to the Disneyland of Bodybuilding as Sunny will be competing at the Arnold Amateur this weekend.

I caught up with the quiet and dedicated Sunny at his last training session in NZ before jetting off to the comp. It was quite a mission to get the shirt off this shy guy but with some coaxing we did get him to do some poses for us too. Thank you Sunny and good luck!

Check him out in action below!
