12. What does your
precontest training regime look like?
My on season training is exactly the same as my off season apart
from a little bit more cardio and slightly cleaner diet. I usually
have a 3 day on 1 day off split and train one body part a
day so each body part gets trained once a week.
13. Contest diet
Meal 1: oatmeal, banana, protein drink
Meal 2: Tuna
Meal 3: Chicken
Meal 4: Chicken
Meal 5: Protein drink
Meal 6: chicken, noodles (or other carbs)
Meal 7: protein drink
Meal 8: (lamb, pork, beef) potato's, kumara
Meal 9: as above
Meal 10: (lamb, beef, pork)
