The NZIFBB Pro Am on 15 March will be the first time we'll see the 212 class on the NZ stage which will feature some of NZ's finest male bodybuilders including Joe Ulberg, Mike Debenham, Teina O'Malley and ofcourse our featured hunk Salah Ibrahim.



30 old Salah last competed at the Australian Grand Prix in 2008 and is looking forward stepping on stage again after 5 years away. He has been training hard and you can see the results of his contest preparation in the video. Check him out below!

Jake Campus is one of 5 NZ representative athletes competing at the upcoming Arnold Amateur on 1 March in Columbus Ohio. And as you can see Jake is looking in top contest shape to take on the best athletes competing in the Men's Physique Class.

  No man is an island especially when it comes to bodybuilding as athletes need a great support team behind them to achieve a big goal. 

That goal for Kagan Orton is the NABBA Universe in October where he hopes to take out the u21 category.  In this update Kagan would like to ackowledge his great time and gives us an insight to his contest prep in the lead up to the show.

I might be wearing the Disneyland T shirt but its Sunny Kim who's going to the Disneyland of Bodybuilding as Sunny will be competing at the Arnold Amateur this weekend.

I caught up with the quiet and dedicated Sunny at his last training session in NZ before jetting off to the comp. It was quite a mission to get the shirt off this shy guy but with some coaxing we did get him to do some poses for us too. Thank you Sunny and good luck!

  As the HB bodybuilding competition date draws near (July 20th), many athletes are of course, heads-down in contest prep mode.

While you can expect to see many of last year’s favourites, many of these athletes are taking to the stage for the very first time, among them is aspiring novice athletic tall competitor and NFINITE Napier gym manager; Jonanthan (Jono) Hall. Also competing for the first time from NFINITE are Bjorn Constable, Joshua (Josh) Rodler along with the experienced Jackie (Jax) Burton.
