Start in position '2' with dumbells above your head
and legs slightly apart.
- Then take your right leg across and behind your front leg to
'curtzee' while leaving the dumbells above your head.
- come back to position 2
- Then take your left leg behind your and lunge.
Do this 20 times, 10 each leg, gives you great burn in your butts
and shoulders. Great core workout too.
