23 August The time is now! after months of preparation, the sexy samoans are in Samoa getting acclimatised for the IFBB South Pacific Champs to be held on 1 September. We caught a few snaps of Eleanor Stewart, Viola Etuata and Toa in their last training session before they jetted off. Tony's now only 4 weeks away from the South Pacific Champs in Samoa on 25 August. And already he's 79kg and reached his target weight of competing in the Open u80kg. So now his mission is to not lose too much weight but get more definition. Usually he's on very low carbs but since he's reached his target so early, he's keeping in his carbs and doing more cardio and we look forward to seeing the final outcome at contest time.

Here are the latest pics of the well muscled Team Samoa. The big team are well on their way to making an impact at the South Pacific Champs in 6 weeks but first they'll compete at the Sonny Schmidt Classic in August - so look out!

While the sexy samoans have got most of the attention on Go Figure as they prepare towards the Champs, we haven't forgotten the hunks of the Cook Islands. Dean Teiho and Naki Rasmussen are also looking sharp towards the contest where they'll be competing in the u80kg class. Although they're part of Team Samoa's preparations, they'll compete for Cook Islands on the day. So plenty of friendly rivalry beckons we think!

2 July Update
Its been almost 5 weeks since we last saw our sexy Samoan, Tony Ligaliga. And it was great to see him again recently! he's now down to 81kg and looking impressive as he prepares for the Sth Pacific Champs in August. Here's a glimpse of how Tony looks today, pretty good don't you think??
