| The NABBA BoP Champs in Rotorua on 24 May could've easily been
called the Fitco Champs! due to the fact that the team of 6 from
Fitco Tauranga won the team trophy as well as taking out the top 2
titles with Rose Lowery winning the Overall Figure while her hubby
Conrad took out the Athletic. They had a great team spirit
always encouraging each other from side of stage and high
5ing. Conrad was also awarded the best male routine, was
really cool, you can check it out a muscleimaging.com now. The whole show was done in great spirits from all athletes, although small - about 25 athletes, everybody had a great time in a relaxed atmosphere organised by Pete and Dee Sowter. |

| Teresa Edwards competed in her first show and teased us with
her sexy Britney Spears routine, while Wendy Sole (competing in her
3rd show)glammed it up in the physique class. Conrad and Rose were
in great condition but for Conrad he had a tough contest against
Greg Mawson for the Novice Athletic Tall class. There was not
much between them. Can't remember her name but the lady who won the
Sen Figure class in the blue bikini was pretty sharp and she
must've given Rose a run for her money for the overall too. Almost forgot, we've unearthed a couple of new talent. 18 year old in the Jnr class had great muscle for a young lad while Thomas who won the Novice Physique and Overall title, had a great smile and a set of abs to boot. Hope they both give the Nationals a go! |
