Lisa will work out an eating and training plan for you, and give you ongoing support throughout your journey. She'll also introduce you to other 'Super Girls' to keep up your morale and together you can keep each other on a winning track.
Go Figure can also get you in contest shape if you're keen to take on the challenge of entering a Bodybuilding competition. Lisa has designed many eating and training plans to help her clients achieve contest condition, if you want to give bodybuilding a go, then give the Super Body Programme a go!

The Super Body Programme offers you:

* ANALYSIS of your current diet and exercise plan
* Your own online personal trainer available at your fingertips
* INDIVIDUALISED eating and exercise plan to suit your needs
* Ongoing advice and motivation to keep you on track
* Lots of fun!

The fee for the Super Body programme is $100 and covers analysis of your current diet and exercise regime and a NEW exercise and diet programme.
Thereafter a $ 80 fee session applies to review and update your programme.
