This is good exercise to really work and burn your triceps.

1. Start with your hands on the inside curves of the ez bar.
2. Bring the bar to your chest
3. Then take the bar, keep it close to your face, and take it to below the bench.
4. This gives your triceps a good stretch and there's constant tension which enhances the burn.

Then bring it back to position 3 and then 2.  Then press upwards to 1
Repeat for 10 reps and burn!
