Send your completed entry form together with your music CD and
entry fee of $30.00 to:

Do this before Friday 3rd July 2010. Don't forget to
include your membership fee of $50.00 if your not already a
member or if your membership is due.
Late entries are accepted up to and including Friday evening,
9th July 2010, with a late fee of $60.00 - contact
myself Greg Mawson on (021) 446-976 or Andrew Murray on (021)
638-846 so we can get you processed.
No entries will be accepted on the day.
IMPORTANT TIMES ON SHOW DAY FOR ATHLETES:
10.00am - 11.00am: Athlete check-in. No entries
will be accepted after 11.00am.
11.30am: Athlete briefing.
12.00pm - 1.00pm: Athletes contest preparation, Doors open.
1.00pm: Judging starts.
6.00pm: Evening Finals start. Doors will be open
approximately 5.30pm.
9.30pm - 10.00pm: Finals finish.
