| Without a doubt the inaugural CLM Bodybuilding Champs on 3 December was an awesome success. From the huge crowd that turned out to watch the show at the Onehunga Bowling Club to the high quality of 26 athletes competing in the show, the organisers should be super happy with the whole event. |  The big crowd turnout |
| The atmosphere at the show was like the good old days of bodybuilding where the crowd really got into the spirit of the show. The audience yelled out for their athletes and encouraged them during the routine. That's what's bodybuilding's all about! There were lots of great bodies which we hope will continue into going into one of the mainstream bodybuildng comps next year. Lots of great routines, including one shape girl who sang her routine. We hope to put that video on youtube soon for you to check out. |

    This pose was very popular amongst the boys! The show began at 5pm and finished about 8pm so it ran very efficiently with the girls going first, then the guys in a one show format. The only minor issue was the lighting, so sorry if the pics are a little light (and dark) in each pic. No doubt the organisers will have learned from their super first effort and the lighting will be sorted for next year. Look forward to the 2012 show! Lisa, Go Figure 6 Dec 11 |

21 Nov: The CLM comp is drawing closer and 2 CLM staff are looking great to show off to their clients. Eleanor Stewart who is part time PT at CLM will be guest posing while PT and membership co-ordinator Carolyn Vittle will be competing in the figure class. As you can see they're on target to sizzle in their bikinis! |

| Also helping out at the CLM comp in a judging capacity will be Kym Carter, Tarren McCall and Matt Clark. Nikki Harris who's also a regular competitor on the scene may also compete while she's also helped organised the comp along with Toni Clough. | ||

Stacey delivers a shredded package! It might be only 6 weeks to christmas and most people are thinking about christmas drinks and office parties but not the 26 athletes competing at the CLM Bodybuilding Champs on 3 December! One of these dedicated athletes is Stacey O'Hara who trains at the CLM Onehunga branch. By day Stacey is zipping around working as courier but by night she zips around the gym building and shredding up her body. |
