The Raechelle Chase Fitness Model search will see 45 of the fittest female fitness enthusiasts from across New Zealand and Australia competing to become New Zealand’s next top fitness model. |

Fast growing in popularity, the Industrial Athletic CrossFit Invitational, will showcase the fittest men and women in New Zealand, in a series of exciting and grueling events. This will be a fierce series of battles, requiring endurance, skill, strength, power, speed, and co-ordination. CrossFit trains people to reach a level of fitness they didn't think possible. Could YOU be competing in this challenge next year? The NZ Fitness Expo Strongman Championship - powered by one of the biggest supplement brands in the world, BSN – will see the strongest men in New Zealand put their strength to the test over 4 rounds of intense competition. Featuring the 270kg Conans Wheel, Thomas Inch Dumbbell, Log Lift and Partial Deadlift this is one championship that is not for the faint hearted. |

Action Aplenty! There's going to be heaps of top bodied girls and strong boys for you to check out with the Raechelle Chase Top Fitness Model comp which we hear has attracted over 40 entries. The Strongman event is bound to turn heads with their super feats of strength too. |

What you can do on this baby is amazing and you'll have hours of fun giving it a go at the expo!
