We know not many of you are aware of the INBA so here's a brief overview:

- INBA stands for International Natural Bodybuilding Association which means they promote drug free and natural bodybuilding.

- INBA has been in NZ for over 15 years and was started by long time bodybuilding administrator and President Peter Hardwick who has been committed to promoting natural bodybuilding.

- INBA has 3 main competitions per year which includes the Auckland Classic, the South Pacific Champs in Taupo and Southern Lakes Natural Classic in Queenstown.

- INBA offers a range of classes which includes Women's Bikini, Sportsmodel, Shape, Figure, Physique and Bodybuilding. Men's Physique, Fitness and Bodybuilding.

- INBA offers athletes to go 'Pro' and gives Pro athletes chance to compete at the Natural Olympia competition which is usually held in Las Vegas each year.

- INBA Pro athletes have the opportunity to compete in over 30 Pro shows in the USA each year.
