for novice figure and bodybuilders! Club Physical Bodybuilding Committee hosted a really good bodybuilding seminar on Sunday 29 May 11. Maree Stubbington ran through the compulsory and structural poses which were demonstrated by Donelle Petelo, Raj and Craig Smith.
