What have you been working on in
your preparation for the Phoenix Pro on 27
August?
I'm both excited and nervous about The Phoenix Pro. I placed well
in my past 2 competitions in NZ & Australia but competing in
the US is a whole other level of competition, so I'm giving it my
everything and hopefully I can get those same top placings here. I
have been working hard on bringing my lower body down to match my
upper body, I haven't trained shoulders in ages and I have just
been working on bringing a much more balanced physique to the stage
this time.

Lets talk about Bikinis and
Bling. We know you have lots of bikinis to choose from, are
you getting one made especially for this show or Olympia?
The one in the photo is the one I'm wearing for The
Phoenix Pro, its the same one I wore at The California Pro last
year, I totally love the color so Im happy to get to wear it
again.
I thought about getting a new bikini made for the Olympia but then
when it came down to colors, I realized I already had a bikini in
every color I like! So I'm breaking my "New bikini for every
competition' tradition and using bikinis that I already have for
both these competitions.
I did get some new heels and jewelry though :-)

How has it been training in LA?
Has it been easy eating clean and have you got a local supermarket
you get your groceries from?
Chris has been training me as opposed to training with me which has
been good. We train at LA Fitness or our new favorite which is 24
hour Fitness in Laguna Beach, both are really good gyms.
I also
had an elipitical trainer bought into my room from the hotel gym
since its not open 24 hours.
We have a supermarket right across the road from
our hotel and I have a full kitchen in the villa where we stay so I
can prepare meals, but I prefer to use good old fashioned room
service lol, I met with the head chef when we arrived so he knows
exactly what my diet requires so its
perfect!
