We first brought you 'The incredible Kym Carter' story in 2009 where we found out how Kym overcome the trauma of brain surgery to successfully compete in her bodybuilding shows. This time we are sad to reveal that after 14 years of competitive bodybuilding Kym is finally going to hang up her bikini this year. But not before she crosses a few comps off her list that she hasn't done before. |

Coupled with recent showing at the NABBA Counties show, Kym's also planning on the NABBA Auckland and INBA South Pacific Champs in Taupo. She has also set her eyes on the INBA Natural Olympia in the U.S.A. A show which she'd always wanted to compete in but never quite got there. Kym launched her special year with the help of her friend Katie who sang Rhianna's 'California King Bed' routine while Kym posed. Both performed beautifully and you can check out the unique routine and interview with Kym below. We wish Kym all the best for her action packed year! |
