| Twenty seven year old Christchurch personal trainer Kristy
Thomson knows what she wants from her sport of
bodybuilding - to be an international athlete. Kristy
has dieted and competed almost every year since starting her
first contest as a Junior in 2000. During that time she has amassed some pretty impressive titles on her extremely wide shoulders in the various classes on offer from figure, shape to bodyfitness. Her latest title was winning the overall Bodyfitness title at the NZFBB Nationals in 07, which brings her a closer step to her ultimate goal of competing at a World Champs. Which she's aiming for in September this year. Find out more about this dedicated athlete below! right: Kristy doing Shape at NABBA Nats 03 where she placed 2nd. |
