Feilding a Hunk. Aaron Kibblewhite, Mar 10

Aaron 8 wks from
NABBA Akl

Hunky Aaron Kibblewhite looks like he can step on stage tomorrow with his already lean and hard condition, but sorry ladies we'll have to wait until April 24 to see him in his sexy posing trunks when he steps on stage for the NABBA Auckland champs contest.

Aaron (37), lives and breathes sports. He first started weight training at 15 and now owns Inspire Fitness in Feilding, no doubt inspiring many of his clients to achieve their body goals.

Before that he was a NZ representative in cycling, then competed in his show in 2000 weighing at 89kg.  Nowadays, Aaron at 183cm competes at 94kg while weighing around 112kg in the off season.

What were your achievements before bodybuilding?
NZ rep cyclists for 5 years. Competed in 1 world champs two Oceania games. Held several NZ titles and Oceania titles. NZ record holder also.
Why did you want to compete? and how much did you weigh
My first show was Manawatu champs in 2000. I competed to take my training to another level rather than just plod along with no goal! I would have been about 89kg on stage.

Contest achievements?
I competed in 2000 and 2001 then I had a 7 year break. I started back competing again last year 2009.

Mr Manawatu 2001 novice Phys, Mr Manawatu 2009 open phys and runner up Mr Hawkes Bay 2009 open phys.

Stan 'the Super Man' Tautalanoa

Stan 'the Super Man' Tautalanoa has put himself into the record books for an impressive competitive year.  In 2009 he competed in 14 shows, placing 1st in his class in 12 shows, placed 2nd once and won 9 Overall Titles.  A record we're sure won't be broken for a long time.

Go Figure TV caught up with Stan at the NABBA Nationals to find out why he put himself through a gruelling schedule and how he stayed in condition.

A Classic Hunk, Aron Noble 09

Unlike many high schools where students would find it a chore going to art, health or PE class, we would imagine no student would dare miss these at a Hastings High School especially when they have a classic hunk like Aron Noble teaching them.

Coupled with his daily teaching, Aron also runs weight training classes for his students which no doubt has inspired future bodybuiliders in the making. And what an experienced competitor and teacher to inspire them!

Aron, 34, has competed since 1998 and achieved great success. With his great lines, classic proportions and always immaculate condition Aron has cemented himself as one of the best athletes for his height to weight ratio in NZ.

Perhaps Aron can teach us a thing or 2 about his philosophy on bodybuliding.
Let's find out!

Brains and Brawn; Rod Bannister 09

Sometimes you just got to speak your mind or in Rod's case write. Rod Bannister didn't have any serious writing experience, didn't know how he was going to get his book published but he knew inside him that he needed to get the words out about his experiences of his 40 years.

He pursued his passion and Voila " Fitness from the inside out - Forty life lessons from over forty years of living" was born and published.

Rod's from Wanganui and has represented NZ in Squash at u19 and u23 level, worked in senior management roles with various corporate workplaces and currently with Ricoh. He's also competed in bodybuilding shows the past couple of years so he has plenty of experience from life, work and fitness to share and motivate others with.
