Aaah going on holiday. A chance to veg out and relax in the sun and not worry about work routine but for most of us fitness fanatics a workout or a gym usually feature in our itineraries right? If you're lucky most hotels would have a basic bike, treadmill and a few weights for you to use.
But on my recent week long holiday to the Gold Coast the hotel didn't have anything! and I didn't really want to catch the bus just to workout (I'm abit lazy like that! and its so time consuming) so thought I'd better get creative and use what was in the hotel room for a workout.
The following workout you can use while on holiday, or even at home if you haven't got access to a gym, so there's no excuses not to train if you haven't got equipment. You can do this workout 3 times a week and on the days inbetween do 30-45min cardio. Of course if you're on holiday, you usually do alot of walking anyway!
I've also done a video of the workout here.
Sorry about the shadows on some parts of vid. Too much sun! ha ha

Voila! there you go. A hotel or home workout. The workout should take no more than 30mins then you can go walk on the beach for another 20-30min for extra fat burning or walk round the malls for the rest of the day!
Happy Holidays!
