Aaah going on holiday. A chance to veg out and relax in the sun and not worry about work routine but for most of us fitness fanatics a workout or a gym usually feature in our itineraries right? If you're lucky most hotels would have a basic bike, treadmill and a few weights for you to use.

Heartstarter. Begin with 3 circuits of 10 Burpees 1min toe taps 10 each side of side lunge toe taps 10 pop squats |
Side lunge toe taps |
then onto 3 sets each of Upper Body 10 rotating pushups 10 Supermans |
Rotating Pushups |
back to the legs, 3 circuits of 10 each side of rear lunges 10 side to side lunge 1min wall sit |
Back extensions |
then to 3 sets each of 10 dips using chairs 10 towel bicep curls 10 decline dips 10 back extensions |
Dips using chairs |
and finally 10 tricep dips superset with 10 incline close hands push ups |
don't forget the abs! you can do the side plank as demonstrated by the Seaworld Seal |
Voila! there you go. A hotel or home workout. The workout should take no more than 30mins then you can go walk on the beach for another 20-30min for extra fat burning or walk round the malls for the rest of the day!
