yes, now I remember Carla Dunlap. She's definitely from the old school. There were a few ladies from that era who had the muscles but still retained femininity like Tonya Knight, Laura Creavelle and ofcourse Cory.
Shemuscle.com did a good bio on her. I forgot she won Olympia 6 times in a row! http://femalemuscle.com/misc/female-bodybuilders-misc/female-bodybuilder-cory-eversion-biography/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+FemalemuscleByLoriBraun+%28femalemuscle+by+lori+braun%29&utm_content=Twitter
And then came Bev Francis and pretty much all the girls got quite beefy from there!
Which female Olympian from any era do you think had the best combination of both muscles and femininity?
Oh and I forgot the first Olympian Rachel McLish. Saw her on a E! doco the other day and she still looks great.
During her great career she has won the prestigious award of IFBB Ms. Olympia in 1983, is a two-time IFBB World Mixed Pairs Champion with partner Tony Pearson.
OK, that's out of left field Prue. Who's Carla Dunlop?!!!! and I thought I knew everybody. Can you post of pic or her or the triceps please.
I was just after some NZ dates wheels but nice to know what's going on in Aus too. They're certainly onto it aren't they? think they'll probably be a few kiwis going over next year to win some trophies from the Aussies.
Graeme lancefield gave me some dates for some early aussie comps, Nabba/Wff International, Melbourne may 29 Nabba/Wff southerns Gold Coast june 6 Nabba world Malta 19th june Wff universe june 26 Germany
Great to see a few more names venturing on board, thanks! yes wheels, I reckon Daniel would have the best glutes in NZ. Wonder what he thinks of the title. I was going to do a story on him but then forgot to write down his email addy, so if anyone knows it - or Daniel if you're reading this - email to me please.
Hey Ali, I think the ABs can probably learn some lifting techniques from you and you can probably out deadlift them!
What else is happening? I'm trying to find some NZFBB and NABBA contest dates, if anyone knows anything please tell us.
Great to have the board up again Lisa. I don't know who I would want to train with, cos I love training by myself. If I was able to train with someone it would have to be Arnold back in his prime, yep Arnold it would be!
hi lisa, nice to see you have the message board open again - hope you get some interesting discussions going on. i'd like to train with graham henry because i want to become an allblack well i've retired from powerlifting and bodybuilding so i thought this might be a good challenge! ok... seriously now... i'd actually just like to have some motivation to train - so if anyone has any good tips for kicking oneself in ones backside and re-focusing then put it on here as i'm sure i'm not the only person that could do with a bit of a kick-start

Not sure about training with, but I'd love to pose with Melvin Anthony - best posing I've seen! And not a bad physique either ;o)
