Sorry no peep show today!!  but I am happy to report that I'm now 56.7kg yay! its been ages since I've been under 57 so it feels good to see my effort showing on the scales.  Since last week I've dropped 900gm, a little too much as I'm aiming for about 500gm loss each week.

My measurements have dropped around the belly button from 30 to 29.5" but hips is still the same at 36. I'll have to get my butt leaner to make that number move!
I have been going hard with my cardio, although probably not as hard as some. I've only done 4 x 30min intense interval jog, stairs or bike (on separate days!) to get my heart rate up and me sweating this week. The rest of the sessions have been low impact walking of about 30min in the afternoon with Trixie.

I have tweaked my eating plan and have actually increased my carbs this week. I had felt I was overtrained a couple of weeks ago so have dropped back my weight sessions to 3 to concentrate on cardio, hence increasing the carbs so I can do more intense cardio training.  Seems to have worked as I'm feeling a little 'thin' around my waist - but alas no 6 pack.  Can also see little insy winsy bit of definition in my back and more in my legs.  I don't have a problem with my legs so its just getting the weight off the top half and that'll be just through more dieting and consistant cardio.

This past week I've basically just tried to keep moving all day. When I'm training people its easy to move around but on days where I don't, sometimes I am at my computer alot.  So I really have to make myself get up and do something, even domestic chores...yawn!  or walk to the Post office instead of driving.  If you're office bound, try and get up at least for 5 mins once every hour to do something. Go up and down the stairs for no reason, it doesn't matter what you do, just move!!!

With 1 week to go I'm confidant that I'll get down to my target of 56kg ( aiming for 4kg loss from starting weight of 60kg 8 weeks ago), so excuse me while I go and do something to get the fat off!!

see ya
