Well, can't believe I've been back a week already!  and where has my body gone??!  For the past week I've been a little 'relaxed' with my food. I've had 2 restaurant meals, one larb gai at Thai restaurant. One chinese meal, a sizzling venision dish mmm and they were both delish. Even had some rice with it.  Now that's treat for me already.

In conjunction with the meals out, this week have also polished off 2 x 500ml cyclops unsweetened yoghurt, 2 lines of a cadbury choc block, a whole pineapple, a couple of HPLC bars and only 1 trim flat white! which didn't taste as good as I'd imagined it. And that's it.  I find it really hard to eat badly or just go pig out on packets of biscuits or lollies for no reason at all.  I know, I'm too good.
Which is probably a problem in itself when trying to put on size but that's something I'll have to overcome after my comp.  I'm sure there are plenty of big eaters out there who'll show me how to just indulge!!

I have also been getting back into the good food and generally increasing my carb intake as I got way too depleted in Samoa.  So now its back to heavy training to pump my muscles back up again.  Have maintained my cardio at around 1hr a day. I really didn't want to look at myself or get on the scales in fear of what I might see and weigh!  but surprisingly I'm still only 52kg so 1kg more than what I was in Samoa, although probably less defined as I'd been having lots of sodium in my food.

So I'm not looking too bad.  Definitely not in figure condition, mind you, I didn't get that lean for Samoa and I know that.  But still in good shape.

My Next Mission! NABBA North Harbour, Shape 1 Nov.
So I've decided that since I haven't turned totally into blubber that I'll do Shape at NABBA North Harbour.  I know I'll never get super lean for Figure in 2 weeks and I haven't got the muscle size or hardness, but think I probably have the curves in the right places to do Shape.  And NO, I won't be wearing a G string!

The poses are bit different to figure so that's going to be a challenge, I have no idea about routines as that's different too.  But I might just do what I did for samoa and not worry too much about it. The main goal is to compete and have fun.

Plus Shape's on early so I can still compete and do my Happy Snaps backstage!

I have 7 of my clients competing so I may as well do it too for some team bonding. Basically I'll do the show so all my friends, clients and YOU can come see me and cheer me on. Will be nice to do a show at home.  Now don't expect me to look like some amazon ok??!!

I'd like to be a little leaner but I'm guessing they don't want shape to be too lean.  I'm kind of in between at the moment.  I've got the structure but not lean and hard for figure but might be too big for Shape.  I'll just go in how I want to look and whatever happens happens eh?!!  so watch out Teresa!!!

There you go, that's my next mission and then rest.  I'll keep you posted in the meantime.

So put in your calendar, NABBA North Harbour 1 Nov, Belmont Intermediate, ok?!!!  love to hear you there!!
