egg whites - 6-8
half a weight watchers jelly
whip eggs until white and fluffy
adding in jelly as you go.

microwave for 30-40 seconds - not too much or else the mixture goes all hard and 'eggy' - experiment you'll find the right mix.

you can either eat straight away or refrigerate for a couple of hours
