Recipe by www.naturesnutrition.co.nz 2 ½ cups bean sprouts assorted 2 medium carrots grated 1 orange cut into cubes 3 Silverbeet leaves finely sliced 1 tablespoons sunflower seeds 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley ¼ cup chopped sundried tomatoes 1 medium avocado sliced Can use this dressing below or use the oil from the sundried tomatoes that you have dried in the dehydrator and soaked in herb oil. Honey Dressing 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon honey 1 clove garlic crushed 1. Combine sprouts, carrots, seeds and parsley in medium bowl. Pour over dressing, toss well. Top with Avocado. Serves 4 |
