Muscle Chef's Healthy Pizza by Hayden Stewart
INGREDIENTS:
SAUCE:
1-2 tbsp of tomato paste
1 small can of whole tomatoes or roma tomatoes(drained)
1 tsp salt(flackey always good cause natural)
1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
2 good tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp oregano (dried is fine)
1 small diced onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
2 tsp sweetner


OTHER INGREDIENTS:
gianni's wheatmeal snack wraps(perfect size for one person and thin and crispy)
low fat mozzerella(lowest one i found was perfect italiano)
1 whole cooked chicken breast sliced
and what ever other veges u like on your pizza i.e.mushrooms,red onion,capsicum etc




 

METHOD:
1. heat a pot with a tbsp of oil cook onion and chopped garlic until soft,then add tomato paste
and cook off to release the flavour.

2. then add chopped basil,oregano and drained tomatoes further cook out
and season with salt and pepper then add vinegar and sweetner should come to a nice thick consistency

3. then blend to construct your pizzas spreads about a tbsp of pizza sauce on base place chopped vege and layer sliced chicken breast on top

4. then top with about a half a cup of the low fat mozzarella and put in the oven for about 10-15mins on 180degrees depending on how you like your pizza cooked.

one will do a small chicken breast but if you're like me you would need about two pizzas for a bigger chicken breast lol
