1 whole egg
3 egg whites
½ tsp curry powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
Fresh basil – sliced and diced
½ packet carbless pasta
Salt and pepper to taste.

1. Cook pasta to packet directions and set aside.
2. Mix eggs, curry, chilli and salt and pepper and pour into a hot non stick pan.
3. Spread pasta evenly over the egg mixture and top with fresh basil.
4. Cook until cooked through and set – flip just to brown the top.
5. Once brown fold omelette in ½ and serve
