Per Serve Kcals: 110, Protein (g): 13.01, Total Fat (g): 3 (SAT 0.7g, MUFA 1.2g, PUFA 0.7g) Carbohydrates (g): 7 (Sugar: 6.4g,
Dietary Fibre 0.5g), Sodium (mg): 70.9.

4 Egg Whites
1 ½ Serves Protein Powder (45g)
1 C Blue Berries
2 Packets of Stevia
1Tbs Cinnamon
1Tbs Natural Peanut Butter

1. Combine the Protein & Egg Whites in a mixing bowl & mix in a mixing bowl and mix together until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan. Cook for about 2 mins
3. Fill the crepe’s surface with Peanut Butter & Blueberries.
4. Fold crepe over so the Berries and Peanut Butter are in the centre as filling. Cook for 1-2 minutes before serving.
