LOW CARB PASTA FRITATTA by Lisa Cameron Fat Loss Consultancy;
Drain and rinse lo carb pasta as per directions, line a medium baking dish with baking paper and spread lo carb pasta/rice on the bottom, add grated zuchinni, red onion, shredded spinach.

 

Pour over 2 cups of Zea Gold egg whites, herbs and spices as per taste.

Bake 20 minutes fan bake, makes 2 serves with a side salad as a lunch or dinner:-)
