SAUCE 3/4 C of water 3 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce 1 teaspoon of crushed ginger 2 teaspoons of minced Chili 1/4 teaspoon of Sugromax liquid sweetener (amount will vary depending on what sweetener you use) 2 teaspoons of cornflour (optional but gives a nice sticky texture to the sauce)
METHOD 1) heat oil In pan 2) add onion and garlic, stirfry until onion goes clear 3) add chicken and carrot, stirfry until chicken is cooked through 4) add sauce and remain Veges. 5) lower temperature, cover pan and allow Veges to cook through.
Serve over GoFigure Angelhair pasta or rice for a tasty dinner!!
