Mini Chilli or Plum Meat Balls (turkey, chicken or beef mince)
With Lo Carb Pasta and Tomato Salsa

Great for lunch or dinner or in a soup

1 small red onion, finely chopped
300g turkey mince
1 egg white lightly beaten
1 cloves garlic, crushed
Maldron sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste

1 Tbsp Chilli or Plum Sauce (Jok n Al brand from Bin Inn is fantastic!! LO Sugar!!!!!!)
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp fine chopped rosemary
1 Tbsp fine chopped mint or basil

• Combine onion, mince, egg, garlic, pepper, salt, sauces and herbs in a mixing bowl
• Mix well and shape into balls (about 1 tbsp of mix)
• Fan grill on a baking tray – either grate or on baking paper for approx 15 min, just cut one to check cooked through

Serve with GoFigure Lo Carb Pasta, top with fresh tomato salsa and add a side salad.

(tomato salsa – diced tomato, red onion, chopped basil, s&p, lemon juice)

Or serve in a soup or as a protein option with veges or salad
Nice served with a little Jok n Al Sauce to dip for a finger food at a bbq on a toothpick.
