Double Choc Protein Cookie (can get these from the supermarket) |
Directions: 1. Crush up protein cookie and push in to cup cake mould to form base (i used less than a whole cookie will vary depending on how many you are making). 2. Blend 3/4 serving of protein powder with banana, greek yogurt and peanut butter. 3. Pour batter over base and freeze for a couple hours. With remainder of protein powder mix with cream cheese then ice cheesecake. 4. I then ate my on the spot but you can freeze again to harden the frosting! Yuuuuum! Perfect summer treat |
