Banana Choc Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cheesecake by Kate Gorman

Double Choc Protein Cookie (can get these from the supermarket)
1 scoop Protein Powder - I used my "Top Secret Nutriton" Brand Choc Ice Cream Protein Flavour (hitting nz shelves soon!)
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt...
1 banana
1 tsp peanut butter
Fat Free Cream cheese to ice the cheesecake



Directions:
1. Crush up protein cookie and push in to cup cake mould to form base (i used less than a whole cookie will vary depending on how many you are making).
2. Blend 3/4 serving of protein powder with banana, greek yogurt and peanut butter.
3. Pour batter over base and freeze for a couple hours. With remainder of protein powder mix with cream cheese then ice cheesecake.
4. I then ate my on the spot but you can freeze again to harden the frosting! Yuuuuum! Perfect summer treat
