Looking for a new exercise to add to jazz up your leg routine? Try this great leg combo that's sure to give your butt and hamstrings that extra burn.



 

1. Start by holding a reasonable weight dumbells that will give you enough weight to lever down while doing a deadlift. 

2. Slowly take the weight downwards as you take one leg back as straight as you can.  Your butt and hamstrings will be working to stay stable.

3. Bring leg back to start position.

4. Then take same leg back and lunge backwards.

Alternate between a one legged deadlift and a lunge so that you do 6 reps of each in a set.  Rest for 2min, then do the other leg.  3 sets of these and you'll be feeling the burn!
