If you're running short of time and want to get abs and biceps done in quick time, try this exercise. Ideally you should be on an incline ab bench but we had to make do with this. Place your knees over the padding that you'd use at a lat pulldown machine, then lean back at the point where you feel your abs contract the most. Stay in that position while doing dumbell bicep curls. After 10 reps of curls, do 10 ab crunches. Ouch! a great ab workout too. |
