Don't think that was the correct name of this exercise but
doesn't matter, as long as you do them! This is a great fun
exercise which uses your core, legs, abs, chest and front
delts.
Grab a long unweighted barbell , stick or even a swiss ball. Place
your hands on the stick and then push against each other for as
long as you can. You'll be surprised just how hard work this
is. Really gets your heart rate up and good cardio especially
when supersetted with another exercise such as step ups. |
