9. You spent some time inside, what did you learn about yourself while you were there and how did you appy it to when you wre released? I really took in with me all the mental aspects I had learnt in bodybuilding like never giving up, constantly staying strong mentally, working around different situations, using what you have in any situation. While inside I used my time wisely and completed business and marketing degrees as well as a diploma in drug and alcohol addiction studies. 10. When did you start preparing for the ProFormance CNI? I started preparing about 8 weeks out |
14. What kind of physique will you be revealing to us at the ProFormance CNI? I will be revealing a hard vascular body along the lines of what Branch Warren looks like on stage. I am currently 125kg and will stay around this weight for the show. 15. Have you had a role model - perhaps a physique - you've modelled your own physique on? Dorian Yates has been my role model, his training ethic and never giving in even when tearing both biceps before a show. I have based my training around his and try to be as intense as his workouts always were. I also like his grainy hard look of his body when competing which I have tried to achieve in my own. 16. What is your ultimate goal in bodybuilding? My ultimate goal in bodybuilding is to get a top 3 place at a top American show like the Ironman or Arnold Classic and qualify for the Mr Olympia contest. What are you looking forward to most about the Proformance CNI? I am really looking forward to coming up to the CNI and seeing everyone at the show !! It's all for a good cause for breast cancer so make sure you come along and support the show. |
