Start with 5min incline treadmill walk
- 30 toe taps and 30 split lunges

Back on treadmill for 2min walk
- 30 stairclimbers and 30 star jumps

Back on treadmill for 2min walk
- 15 side squats on treadmill

Back on treadmill for 2min walk
- 20 pop squats

Back on treamill for 2min walk
- 20 side to side lunges

On treadmill for interval 5min (alternate 1min sprint and 1 min walk)

Cool down with 5min walk
