Ivy Purkiss Hormone Hell to Happiness, March 2016

Some Goddesses have to take drastic steps to get their haywire hormones under control. Ivy Purkiss is one such Goddess who took charge of her body and decided she needed to do something dramatic to achieve a healthier state of mind.

Former Figure Competitor Ivy was experiencing crazy emotional highs and lows. Bed ridden due to her heavy and painful periods. Her weight didn't budge which caused her to stress more. So she decided to take the drastic step of having her cervix and uterus remove and now Ivy's feeling great.

Emma Chapple Conquering Crohns Disease, February 2016

Eating is one of the pleasures of life but imagine having a disease that prevents you from enjoying the food you love because its literally a pain in the gut. Well that's exactly what 25 year old Sportsmodel Athlete Emma Chapple has to deal with as she has Crohn's Disease.

In some ways the disease has been an advantage to Emma as she's already used to not having too much variety in her eating regime but in others its a hindrance, especially to gaining muscle size.

Leigh Ann, Fitness Model at NZ Fitness Expo 2015

Spotted this little cutie, Leigh Ann, at the Go Figure Show in 2014 and thought she had something about her so its good to see her compete at the Expo. What impresses me about Leigh Ann is that she's so well rounded. At only 21, she has a 2 year old and is studying nursing. She's used weight training and competing as her focus and living a healthier life for her child. Nice work Leigh Ann!

Trinity Sax, Overall NABBA Figure, NABBA WFF Pan Pacific Champs 2015

	Figure athlete Trinity Sax made a successful return to the stage after almost 2 years in hibernation by winning the NABBA Open Figure Short and Overall Figure at the NABBA WFF Pan Pacific Champs in Auckland on 29 August. right: Lisa with Trinity and Elle
