Tips to changing habits

alt

How are all your resolutions going?  Are you sticking to them?  Have you been able to change those habits you're determined to break....or make.

Make the most of the New Year!

Raw Food Feast

So now that the site has had a makeover, its time to give my body and life a makeover too so that my mind and body doesn't get back to the low ebb experienced end of last year.

Since I wrote the article on my newly discovered hormone issues last week, I've had a flood of emails and feedback from many viewers who are also going through similar issues.  I think this problem is perhaps more common in bodybuilders as we do tend to push ourselves to the physical and physiological limits!
