Power cleans are great for all over workout.
1. Start with your feet shoulder width apart and hands same as your feet on the bar while in squatting position.
2.  As you thrust yourself upwards bring the bar to above your shoulders
3. Then 'flick' your wrist so that your palms are facing upward in the top position.  Then slowly lower the bar back to the floor and start again.

1. Start by leaning forward on an incline bench, holding dumbells at 90 degrees.
2. Then squeeze your dumbells back with tricep. Try not to swing your dumbells but rather slowly push it backwards.

1. Start with your legs together in standing position holding dumbell in each hand.
2. As you lunge one leg backward, curl dumbell towards you.
Alternate legs while curling dumbells.
  Place your hands on a bench and alternate your feet about 30cm forwards and backwards.
