1. Find a step or box about knee height, and stand in front of it.
2. Jump up onto step bending knees on landing.  Then step back down. Jump back up again.
     
1. start with one person lying on the ground while the other places their feet on the other person.
2. person lying on the ground crunches up while the person standing catches their hands
3. then person stands up, then squats back down to lying position again.

Great core, legs and cardio workout.

1. Start with both feet on a step holding a medium weight.
2. Lunge one leg backwards down from the step while taking the dumbell to above your head keeping your arms straight.

Start in position '2' with dumbells above your head and legs slightly apart.
- Then take your right leg across and behind your front leg to 'curtzee' while leaving the dumbells above your head.
- come back to position 2
- Then take your left leg behind your and lunge.
Do this 20 times, 10 each leg, gives you great burn in your butts and shoulders. Great core workout too.
