1. Start with one leg bent
and the inside leg off the
ground
2. Bound off your right leg

3. Land on the left leg.
Then bound back to the left.
   
1. Start in sumo squat position holding dumbells with palms facing out.
2. As you squat upwards, take the dumbells out to the side and all the way round upwards above your head.
  Don't think that was the correct name of this exercise but doesn't matter, as long as you do them! This is a great fun exercise which uses your core, legs, abs, chest and front delts.

Grab a long unweighted barbell , stick or even a swiss ball. Place your hands on the stick and then push against each other for as long as you can.  You'll be surprised just how hard work this is.  Really gets your heart rate up and good cardio especially when supersetted with another exercise such as step ups.
   
This is good exercise to really work and burn your triceps.

1. Start with your hands on the inside curves of the ez bar.
2. Bring the bar to your chest
3. Then take the bar, keep it close to your face, and take it to below the bench.
4. This gives your triceps a good stretch and there's constant tension which enhances the burn.

Then bring it back to position 3 and then 2.  Then press upwards to 1
Repeat for 10 reps and burn!
